As part of our waiting list registration form and marketing activities, we may collect the following information:

This information is collected primarily through our online forms (website, waiting list forms) and our communication platforms (email, SMS, social media).

We use your personal information primarily for the following purposes:

  • Waiting list: To inform you in priority of the official opening of the clinic in Montréal-Ouest.
  • Appointment scheduling: To coordinate and confirm your appointments with our dentists.

  • SMS communication: By providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receiving reminders and notifications via text message (SMS).

By completing our forms, you consent to being contacted by email and SMS.

  • Emails: You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.
  • SMS (Text messages): You may stop receiving our SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to one of our messages. Standard messaging and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your information may be shared only with our trusted technology service providers (e.g., clinic management platforms, newsletter distribution services, Meta/Facebook for advertising purposes), who are required to protect your data according to the same security standards.

Your personal information is stored securely. Some data may be processed or hosted on servers located outside Québec (for example, through secure cloud services), but always in compliance with applicable security standards.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
